Return Policy:

Hale Bob will exchange with free ground shipping for domestic orders back to the customer (1st exchange only) or issue a full refund for non-sale merchandise only within 30 days from date of delivery, provided the clothing is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, free of defects and are accompanied by a Return Authorization number (RA#) written on the packing slip. Merchandise on Sale can only be exchanged once only or given store credit within 15 days of delivery confirmation (Cash refunds are not given on sale items). Non-sale merchandise received with an RA# after 30 days but within 45 days will qualify for store credit only. Purchases using store credit qualify for free shipping if the store credit was issued within two weeks of the purchase. For exchanges, you may return the merchandise within 15 days of receipt. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective merchandise at our discretion. Merchandise returned to us WITHOUT an RA# will not be refunded in any way and you may or may not be eligible for an exchange. Once an RA# is issued, the customer must send the item as soon as possible. If the package is not received within 15 days of the date the RA# is given, the RA#/exchange will be void. It is best to send a return/exchange with a tracking number as to ensure the package does not get lost in the mail. Please be extremely careful trying on all shoes, Hale Bob does not accept returns/exchanges on shoes that have been scuffed or damaged. If merchandise is returned without meeting all of these requirements, they will not be accepted and the customer will be charged for shipping the item back. Please note that there is a 3 Item Exchange limit for non-sale merchandise, and a 1 Item Exchange limit for sale-merchandise, after which no further exchanges will be made originating from the same order. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the order. HaleBob.com can only accept returns or exchanges that were purchased at the Hale Bob Website. Hale Bob cannot waive or refund shipping charges for returned merchandise. That means if an entire order is returned, Hale Bob will credit the entire order back minus the full amount for the cost of shipping. If 3 or more items are returned from any particular order, or an order is returned without an RA number, a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
RETURNING ITEMS TO HALE BOB

  • Repack the item(s) you would like to return neatly.
  • Write the RA number on the box and packing slip. Include the packing slip and keep a copy for your records.
  • Allow 1—2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

EXCHANGING ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH HALE BOB
Ship the undesired item(s) back with the invoice and keep a copy for your records. Hale Bob will ship the item you want to receive in exchange, to the same Ship To address on the packing slip. Hale Bob will pay standard shipping charges on non-sale items only.

Hale Bob offers FREE Ground shipping for orders shipped to the United States over 150 dollars The Shipping Cost for Orders of 150 dollars or less is 10 dollars. Hale Bob may choose to use USPS as the shipping method for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Orders can be shipped 2nd Day or Next Day Air for an additional charge. The Shipping Cost for International Orders is 40 dollars for USPS Priority International. Orders can be shipped USPS Express International and USPS Global Express for an additional charge. International Orders over 6 pounds (typically shoes) may incur an additional cost. To ensure the safe delivery of your package, we require an adult signature for all deliveries. You will also receive an e-mail with a tracking number so that you may track your package. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
